Frequently Asked Questions

frequently asked questions

Q. What should I expect from you?

A. Lots of genuine laughter that creates authentic photos full of joy and real moments. You will have fun while being yourself and one thing not to expect is to get ordinary basic photos from me. I also am super organized and quick when I shoot so I get a lot in a short amount of time (like a tiny ninja!) I adore what I do, so expect me to be laughing along with you while I shoot. Every wedding and session is personal to me and I pour my heart, time and talent into each one. Many of my clients become friends and I continue to work with them as their family grows long after the wedding day and that means the world to me. I am also a hugger and a big goofball. You’ve been warned.

Q. What do I wear for my session?

A. I always recommend not matching but coordinating with the vibe you are going for or colors that are cohesive together is a must. Avoid large or distracting patterns or logos if possible. Jewel tones, soft pastels, floral or neutrals always read well on camera. Just make sure you stay true to your style while also feeling and looking your best! You don’t want to look back on your pictures and think, that totally wasn’t me or my style. Click HERE to check out some outfit inspiration.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

A. Yes! I am a fully licensed and insured business in the state of Florida since 2010.

Q. What do you mainly shoot?

A. Mostly weddings, elopements and engagements. But I shoot a ton of families, birth stories, newborns, kiddos and fur babies too. (always bring the fur baby to your session, ALWAYS!)

Q. How would you describe your style?

A. Light and airy with some moody and dramatic vibes thrown in. I love authentic moments and I will pose you but also let you do your thing and capture you being you.

Q. Do you travel?

A. YES! I have traveled all over for weddings and elopements (and it’s my absolute favorite when people trust me and take me on their adventure with them) I create custom quotes for destination type weddings so contact me and let’s chat!

Q. Do you have a second photographer you work with?

A. Yes! During weddings I include a second photographer with my full day packages so you get me and someone from my team capturing your big day and not missing any moments.

Q. What is the difference between a full and mini session?

A. Mini Sessions are 30 minutes and include 20-30 retouched images and Full Sessions are 60 minutes and include 60-80 retouched images. Both full and mini sessions include a custom online gallery where you can download all of your high resolution images, share with friends and family and order prints directly from your gallery.
