This wedding…this family…this couple.

Guys, this wedding was EVERYTHING.

I seriously can’t say it enough. Shannon and Derek knew it would be and so did I from everything I knew about it in all the months leading up to it after they booked with me but it was beyond anything anyone could have dreamed up.

Their day was such a labor of love from all of their amazing vendors (almost all of us were from Jacksonville!), the resort, their family, friends and the two to of them. The 80% chance of rain turned into 0% for an all outdoor affair on the beach and even though it was hot (South Florida heat is no joke even in October) that didn’t stop anyone from having the time of their life. Their wedding was perfect and so damn epic.

Their friends and family were so amazing and welcoming to me as I documented this day in beautiful Key Largo, FL. The love felt from their people for these two joining together and witnessing the love that Shannon and Derek have found in one another is hard to put into words. It’s weddings like this that make my heart explode and love what I do even more (if that is even possible)

Shannon and Derek.. I just love you both. Thank you for choosing me to be by your sides on the best day of your life. It means so much to me. Cheers to all the many years of happiness ahead!
